The mission of Partners Foundation is to improve the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities, Autism and special mental health needs. In order to fulfill this mission, Partners Foundation issues strategic grants to develop, promote and sustain Partners Creating Community (and other like-minded non-profits) who operate innovative programming and social enterprises. These programs and enterprises promote healthy lifestyles, community inclusion, vocational success and advocacy for participating individuals.
Innovative, Inclusive Social Enterprises and Therapeutic Programming Funded by Partners Foundation:
A not-for-profit micro-bakery dedicated to sourcing local and regional whole grains, including heritage and ancient grains that are organically grown.
A "life-sharing" farm home where residents learn and apply the skills necessary for meaningful employment on a working farm, as well as with partner businesses.
Part of Frog Hollow Farm, Pear Tree Coffee Roasters strives to provide coffee that is sourced with intention, roasted sustainably, and provides employment opportunities for an inclusive and diverse staff.
A cafe space established to expand employment opportunities for our neighbors with intellectual differences that provides delicious coffee and baked goods to the public.
