The mission of Partners Foundation is to improve the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities, Autism and special mental health needs. In order to fulfill this mission, Partners Foundation issues strategic grants to develop, promote and sustain Partners Creating Community (and other like-minded non-profits) who operate innovative programming and social enterprises. These programs and enterprises promote healthy lifestyles, community inclusion, vocational success and advocacy for participating individuals.
Everyone deserves a sense of purpose.
Join the 2022 challenge and give a gift today!
The families of Partners Creating Community (PCC) know, first-hand, how difficult it is for their loved ones to navigate society as adults with special needs, intellectual disabilities, and/or mental health challenges. That’s why they’re challenging you to meet their combined, $50,000 gift to Partners Foundation by the end of 2022. PCC is entering a period of growth, and funds will support the organization’s greatest needs to continue serving adults with special needs and their families.
Help us reach our goal.
